Safeguarding

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

At SaS Consultancy Group, we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and adults. We believe that everyone has the right to feel safe, be treated with dignity and respect, and be protected from harm, abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Our safeguarding arrangements are informed by relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and national best practice, ensuring that our work reflects current safeguarding responsibilities and standards.

Safeguarding is central to our values and underpins all aspects of our work, including consultancy, training, reviews, emotional support, reflective practice, and engagement activities.

Creating Safe Spaces

We are committed to creating environments where people feel safe, heard, respected, and supported. We recognise that safeguarding is everyone's responsibility and we take all concerns seriously.

Our associates and partners are trained to recognise safeguarding concerns, respond appropriately, and take action where necessary to protect children and adults who may be at risk.

If You Share a Concern With Us

There may be occasions when someone tells us something that makes us concerned about their safety or wellbeing, or when we observe information that suggests a child or adult may be at risk of harm.

If this happens, we may need to share information with our Designated Safeguarding Lead and, where necessary, with statutory agencies such as Children's Social Care, Adult Social Care, the Police, or other relevant safeguarding professionals.

Where appropriate, we will seek to discuss this with you and obtain your knowledge and consent before sharing information. However, there may be circumstances where we have a legal or professional duty to share information without consent if we believe someone is at risk of harm.

Raising a Safeguarding Concern

If you have concerns about the welfare or safety of a child, young person, or adult in connection with our services, or if you have concerns about the conduct of anyone representing SaS Consultancy Group, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
